Terms and conditions of use.
Inspiring Style by Ellie is founded and run solely by Ellie Cooper-Simpson 92A Hartfield Road, Forest Row. England. Since May 2019. All information is correct at date of despatch. Ellie Cooper-Simpson is professionally trained personal stylist and graduated from London College of Style May 2019.
For services by appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking time and date. For gifted services when purchasing an Inspiring Style Gift Card full payment is due for the gift card at the time of purchase. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Invoice balance total is due within 3 days of your invoice date. Where deposit is not confirmed within 3 days the date may be released to other clients without notice. Payment is to be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card via SumUp. Inspiring Style reserves the right to book clients into any available appointments until payment of your booking is received. Your payment reserves the price at date of invoice if paid on time securing your price from price increases by Inspiring Style before your appointment is received if applicable. Balance of payment is to be paid in full on arrival for your Personal Styling Service if you have booked a colour and body shape session as part of Style me Luxury with Inspiring Style by Ellie by bank transfer, credit or debit card via SumUp or cash as preferred by the client.
If you are unable to keep your confirmed appointment with Inspiring Style by Ellie due to illness or injury after your payment has been paid Inspiring Style by Ellie allows each client to rearrange with no extra charge to one preferred date as available at that time giving no less than 24 hours notice. After which unless agreed otherwise in writing a £40 charge will added to your balance due payable within 1 month of the date the fee was added.
Inspiring Style by Ellie reserves the right to change prices or services at anytime.
Inspiring Style by Ellie reserves the right to cancel Client’s appointments due to illness, injury, train or tube train strike, abnormal and severe traffic disruption to agreed meeting centre, abnormal climate conditions including but not limited to high winds, severe storms, flooding, extreme high temperatures, hail, snow or any combinations.
Inspiring Style by Ellie is not responsible for your personal belongings to, from or during your appointment. Please leave all valuables at home incase of loss or damage especially during Personal Shopping Services. The client takes full responsibility for all purchases made during a service and monies spent, the client accepts that Ellie Cooper-Simpson is giving professional advice only to clients.
1 refreshment will be provided during Personal Shopping Services. Tote shopping bags will be given when in stock 1 per client per shop.
Payments made by the client named on the given invoice, to Ellie Cooper-Simpson, for all bespoke orders are non-refundable. Bespoke orders include all colour swatch products for Spring, Winter, Autumn and Summer skin tones ordered on behalf of the client. Where an item is faulty the client will contact Ellie Cooper-Simpson with photographic evidence by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the item being delivered to your given address and Ellie Cooper-Simpson will arrange a replacement. The Client will be responsible for returning the faulty item via Royal Mail and Ellie Cooper-Simpson will be liable for any returns postage cost.
Black Friday 2022 discounts and gifts are applicable on individual services booked with regard to services advised in all Inspiring Style by Ellie marketing communications entitled Black Friday. These services are confirmed by means of a 50% non-refundable deposit paid to Ellie Cooper-Simpson within the offer availability dates and or times detailed on the advert entitled Black Friday. Any services booked outside of these times and or dates are not applicable for discount or free gifts. Inspiring Style by Ellie is not responsible for items such as Colour Season Fans or Inspiring Style by Ellie Gift Cards delivered late due to Royal Mail postal strikes, it is the client's responsibility to check strike dates before ordering and request an email gift card where necessary. Black Friday offers are available to purchase from 07.30 25/11/2022 until 23.59 28/11/2022. All deposits must be received by Ellie Cooper-Simpson during this time. Black Friday offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.All other Terms and Conditions apply where there could be a question of doubt.
Personal client details are kept for use by Inspiring Style only and are not shared or replicated. At Payment of deposit for services gift cards or Credit/Debit card for
Style Me subscriptions you (the client of Inspiring Style) agree to these terms and conditions in full on first payment.
Subscriptions are to be taken out by you the client on a date chosen by each client. Subscription month runs from date of 1st payment received. eg 24 April - 23 May. *A Personal shop included in a package can be booked after the 10th payment is received but cannot take place before the 12th payment is due. *A bespoke minimum subscription plan can be agreed if you wish to book your service earlier than that of the above terms stated prior. Subscription is non transferrable to any 3rd party and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. If you have not completed an Inspiring Style Colour & Body Shape a charge for this service of £70 will be payable on the date of your booked shop. 1 date re booking per Shop booking allowed after which a £40 fee will be charged. Style Me Luxury Subscription minimum 12 months unless bespoke terms agreed prior allowing for early shops to take place.
Allow 2 working days for pre order advice on items of your choice. Subscription content on Trend and Colour will be sent out on the first Monday of each calendar month and before the first Tuesday of each calendar month. Inspiring Style by Ellie will not add to these emails if some sizes become out of stock. If for any reason due to illness, injury, accident, or weather which effects broadband connection any subscription item or content cannot be sent Inspiring Style by Ellie will send it at the next available time and refunds will be sent within 5 working days if any missed content occurs or is received later than 3 days after the due date of expected receipt by the subscriber.
Monthly payments will be taken for each subscription and you agree to this when you send the first payment to confirm your subscription.
Your details given may be kept for the use of Inspiring Style by Ellie only and not shared with any other 3rd party at any time.
Inspiring Style by Ellie requires 2 weeks or 14 days to cancel Style Me subscriptions. Subscription minimum is 12 months for Style Me Luxury unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller prior to a request for early cancellation.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
the singular includes the plural and vice versa;
a reference to a person includes firms, companies, government entities, trusts and partnerships;
“including” is understood to mean “including without limitation”;
reference to any statutory provision includes any modification or amendment of it;
For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, Inspiring Style by Ellie is the “data controller”. This means that Inspiring Style by Ellie determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.
